Jane’s previous career as a top level executive in the offices of one of South Beach and the Upper East Side’s most notable pioneers led her to her first glimpse into the exciting and fast paced industry of real estate. While serving as commercial property manager for some of the most high-profile retail shopping and entertainment properties in South Beach and the Upper East Side, Jane’s passion for real estate was realized. This passion naturally segued into becoming a licensed real estate professional in 2004 and she has since transacted many millions of dollars in sales and helped hundreds of families and individuals buy and sell real estate all over Miami Dade and the Beaches.

Originally from St. Simons Island, Georgia, Jane visited Miami Beach in 1996 and fell head over heels for the young tropical ocean side city that was then, and more so now, so abundantly rich in cultural assets and diversity. Having lived almost half her life in Miami, Jane has watched the area evolve into a global hot spot and she is intimately familiar with the wonderful variety of neighborhoods and sub markets that Miami has to offer.

On a personal note: Jane’s life-long love of horses recently lured her back to the small-town life, but after 20+ years in Miami Beach and roots firmly planted in South Florida, she just knew in her heart that South Dade and the Redland Agricultural District would be right up her alley, which is where she now proudly calls home. “I am an animal lover and a true outdoor, nature enthusiast. When I’m not working you will most likely find me on a horse in Redland, enjoying Miami’s fabulous coastline and bays from the vantage point of a boat, or on 4th Street on South Beach soaking up the rays and taking in the tropical ocean breeze.”

What all of this translates to for the clients I serve is Experience, Knowledge, Drive, Ability. The sense of duty to the client that is innately a part of me is unwavering. The duty to do the best and leave nothing to chance is why I answer my phone at all times, attend all showings, go the extra mile, spend more on marketing and occasionally even lose sleep. At times there are twists and turns in a transaction, but I am a solution based thinker with a stockpile of resolve. Over the years, I have practically seen it all; from the ebbs and flows and shifts in the real estate market and economy, to a wide variety of transaction types with their unique nuances, to changes in technology that affect how the public buy and sell real estate. When the market changes, or technology advances, I adapt so that I can better serve my clients. Open, frequent communication, managing expectations, a remarkable “all-in” unique marketing program, and helping sellers present their property to the buying public in their best light are paramount to achieving the goal of having a more than satisfied customer — which is what I aim for each and every time I take on the responsibility of selling a property for a client.
